One-on-One Graphics Consultation

Cancellation Policy

By registering and paying for this consultation, you agree to the following: • this consultation gives you access to receive feedback and training from Katie Garland of Sapphire Midnight Design • a consultation will not guarantee any particular results or knowledge gained and there is no warranty or claim that investing in a session will necessarily improve your income, visibility, or any other outcome • you will attend the session as scheduled, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please see our cancellation policy below • you will not request a chargeback for violating these policies NO SHOW/LATE POLICY: If you are late, you will be given a 20-minute grace period to make contact. If no contact is received via email or phone within the first 20 minutes of your appointment, you will be considered a no-show. If you are late, no time will be added to the scheduled consultation and no money will be refunded. If you make no effort to reschedule and do not arrive within 20 minutes of your scheduled consultation, you forfeit the consultation fully and no refunds will be provided. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel a consultation, you may do so without penalty up until 48 hours before your scheduled consultation. Partial refunds will be made for any consultation canceled after that point: If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 24-48 hours before a scheduled consultation, you will receive a 75% refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation, you will receive a 50% refund. If you were only given a partial refund and need to reschedule, you may request a discount on any new consultation made within 3 weeks of the original consolation. Send Katie an email asking for a code. IF YOU CANCEL MORE THAN THREE (3) SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, you will be banned from scheduling future consultations and will not receive any refund of cancellation fees. IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE: Should I need to cancel your consultation, there will be no penalty to you andyou will be given a a full refund. Should I need to reschedule, there will be no penalty for you and you will be given a store/services credit equal to 25% of the initial consultation fee.
